Cottage Week

A couple weeks ago, my family went to Howard City to stay at my aunt's cottage on Winfield Lake. All of us (my parents, brothers & sisters and their families) kind of "came and went" as we could throughout the week. Jacob and I stayed the whole week, and Chris came up Wednesday night and stayed the rest of the week. We had so much fun! Chris spent lots of time fishing and swimming. Jacob LOVED spending time outside and just watching all the other kids. He slept better than EVER while we were there! I enjoyed just relaxing and catching some sun. It was great to have a place where we could all spend time together as a family! Here are some pictures from the week:

Here goes nothing...

I've decided to give this blogging thing a try. It's something I've wanted to do for a while now, mostly so that I can keep a record of memories, special events and pictures. It will also be a good way to keep in touch with Chris' family up in Canada (assuming they read it once in a while)! I've heard that you can turn your blog into a book, so I might do that someday too.

I don't really have exciting things to blog about, so I'm not sure how this will go...but here we go!
